Netball Central Zone has finalised its U23 management team for 2014 with the appointments of Priyani deSilva-Currie as Assistant Coach and Margaret Perry as Team Manager.

The programme begins on Saturday 22 March with a number of specialist clinics for developing players, coaches and managers and ends on Sunday with a 2014 ANZ Championship home game. 

Netball Central Zone has appointed former New Zealand U21 and Haier Pulse coach Yvette McCausland-Durie as coach of the U23 representative team. The former Silver Fern, who also represented New Zealand at the World Junior Athletics Championships, is vastly experienced at all levels of the game and coached the highly-successful MANUKURA team (previously known as TU TOA) which was crowned national secondary schools champions under her guidance.

Netball Central Zone is excited to announce the launch of the new Super Club Invitational Tournament, which will present another opportunity for the leading Premier Clubs to enjoy some meaningful competition in the build-up to the 2014 season.
