Haier Pulse star Irene van Dyk has won more test caps and awards than any other netballer and now she has yet another trophy to squeeze into her bulging cabinet, after being named the Super Colour Personality of the Year at the 2014 Dominion Post Wellington Sportsperson of the Year Awards.
The U23 Zone Tournament at Wellington’s ASB Sports Centre wrapped up on Sunday, with Netball Waikato Bay of Plenty taking out the title after an unbeaten weekend and coaches and organisers declaring the event an outstanding success.
